This is a plain-English summary. The signed Pre-Service Inspection and Service Agreement completed at your appointment controls.
Book through our booking link, by call, or by text. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. A late-cancellation or no-show fee may apply. We may reschedule for rain, high wind, lightning, or extreme temperatures.
Listed prices are starting points. Final price is confirmed at an on-site inspection based on vehicle size and condition. Biohazards, mold, pests, excessive soil, or unsafe conditions may change the price or mean we decline the job. We never add charges without your approval first. Payment is due at completion by cash or Venmo.
We walk around and record your vehicle's existing condition with notes and photos. Please remove valuables, provide safe access (plus water and power unless arranged otherwise), and tell us about any allergies, sensitivities, or ceramic coatings. Boats must be secured on a trailer, lift, or dock.
Some stains, odors, scratches, swirl marks, and water spots cannot be fully removed, and results aren't guaranteed. We're not responsible for pre-existing damage, failing paint or trim, aged interior materials, or mechanical, electrical, or electronic issues not caused by our work.
We take before and after photos for documentation. We may share photos for marketing with license plates and personal information removed, unless you opt out on the agreement or by contacting us.
Please inspect the work with us and raise any concern before we leave. Later claims are reviewed against the before and after photos. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
